Light studies

A couple of months ago, Nureen and I spent a morning wandering around the Civic District and the National Gallery, learning and finding light as part of a portrait photography course. Not only is the National Gallery a stunner of a building, it presents so many pockets of light-filled spots, perfect for a photowalk. Here are a few of my favourite shots from that morning.
